Welcome to Hereco. By accessing or using any of our services — including our social platform, news blog, podcast, and show content (collectively, the “Services”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. About Hereco
Hereco (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital platform offering a social community, news and editorial content, podcasts, and original shows. Our Services are operated from India and are available to users globally.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s consent to use the Services. By using Hereco, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at legal@hereco.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User-Generated Content
4.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post on Hereco (“User Content”). By posting, you grant Hereco a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.
4.2 Content Standards
You agree not to post content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harassing
- Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, spam, or deceptive material
- Violates the privacy or dignity of any individual
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
- Violates applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
4.3 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.
5. Hereco Content
All content created and published by Hereco — including articles, podcast episodes, show content, graphics, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Hereco and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or its infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Services without our written consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Circumvent any access controls or security measures
7. Privacy
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HERECO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HERECO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 1,000 (ONE THOUSAND RUPEES) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hereco, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 5, 9, 10, 11, and 13.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. 14. Compliance with Indian Law
Hereco complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Users are required to comply with all applicable Indian laws when using the Services. Grievances may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at legal@hereco.xyz. We will acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days as required by applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
